What equipment or software do we need for online classes? ▾
All you need is a laptop, computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection, and the free Zoom or Microsoft Teams application. A headset or headphones with a microphone is recommended for crystal-clear audio during Tajweed corrections.
Can I request a female Quran teacher for my daughter or myself? ▾
Yes, absolutely. We have an extensive faculty of certified female scholars (Ustadhas) holding authentic Ijazah in Hafs 'an 'Asim. They are available for adult sisters, teenage girls, and young toddlers.
What happens if we miss a scheduled class? ▾
We provide 100% free makeup classes. Simply notify your coordinator or teacher via WhatsApp at least 4 hours before the session, and we will reschedule it at your convenience.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept all major international payment methods including PayPal, Stripe, Visa, MasterCard, and direct bank transfers. Invoices are generated monthly in advance after your 3-day trial is completed.
Can we change our teacher if we are not satisfied? ▾
Yes, at any time with zero hassle. If you feel the teaching style or chemistry is not optimal for your child, simply contact your coordinator on WhatsApp, and we will assign another scholar immediately.
